The Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Business Center in Los Angeles is a program of USC Government Partnerships and Programs, a unit of USC Government and Civic Engagement. The program is funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce through the Minority Business Development Agency and has been hosted at USC since 1996.

As of April 2011, this program works in partnership with the Mayor's Office of Economic and Business Policy in the City of Los Angeles.
